walls of York, only 5 minutes walk into the city
centre and York Minster, The house overlooks clarence
gardens in a pleasant residential location and is
ideal as a base from where to explore York itself
and the many attractions of the surrounding area.

door key you are free to use your room as you please
A variety of rooms are available catering for double, twin
or family requirments, all rooms have colour TV, tea and
coffee facilities, all rooms are centrally-heated with
there own en-suite shower (or bath) rooms. |

also have a pay phone for guests' use and hold a current
fire certificate.
We do not provide an evening meal as the majority of our
guests prefer to wander into the town and choose from a
wide variety of local restaurants,
suggestions to help point you in the right direction. |
